Troubleshooting
If your equipment has the following problems, try to solve them following these instructions. In case you need additional support, please contact the after-sale service of your local distributor.

The equipment does not function |
1- The system is not connected to the mains.
2- Speaker cables are not connected to the corresponding connectors.

Distortion with high volume |
The output level of the audio system feeding the speakers is very high. |
Turn down the system’s main volume.

There is no surround sound effect when selecting DVD/5.1 mode |
Sound adjustment of the DVD player. |
Verify that the DVD player sound adjustment is set to 5.1 CH. |
The remote control does not work |
1– There are objects between the remote control and the infrared sensor.
2– Batteries are dead. |

Operation
Caution:
1. – Power Source: Product must only operate with the voltage specified in the rear panel.
2. – Repair: Do not try to repair the product on your own; there is a risk of electrical shock or other accident. In case of failures, please contact an authorized technician. Whenever a piece must be replaced, make sure that it is made of the same material as the one specified by the manufacturer or that it has the same features as the original piece.
3. – If the system will no be used for a long period, unplug it so as to prevent damages due to electrical storms o power surges.
4. – Avoid liquid spillages on the product.
Product Placement
1. – The product must not be placed on vibrating areas. Sound may be distorted.
2. – Make sure the product is properly ventilated to avoid heating.
3. – Do not expose the equipment to a wet environment or extreme temperatures.
4. – The product must be placed away from electromagnetic fields.
Maintenance
1. - Do not use abrasive or chemical elements, such as gas or alcohol, to clean the products, since surfaces may be damaged. Use soft and wet pieces of cloth only.
